Recently, the four major production bases—both domestic and overseas—of this smart coffee equipment manufacturer have simultaneously entered a phase of full-capacity production, fully harnessing the benefits of cross-regional production capacity coordination. The company has planned and constructed a standardised, specialised production workshop covering over 6,000 square metres, complemented by 5,000 square metres of flexible production lines capable of rapid tooling changes. With a stable annual production capacity consistently exceeding 2 million units, the facility is capable of both large-scale, standardised mass production of general-purpose commercial coffee equipment and rapid line changes to fulfil ODM customisation requirements for appearance, functionality and specifications, thereby balancing economies of scale with flexible customisation capabilities.
Currently, global consumption of freshly ground coffee continues to expand, whilst demand for equipment upgrades from coffee chains opening new outlets and overseas speciality coffee shops remains consistently high. Unlike a model reliant solely on a single domestic factory, the company’s overseas production base in Indonesia serves the Southeast Asian market from a nearby location, effectively circumventing sea freight lead times and tariff barriers. Meanwhile, the domestic base focuses on long-lead-time bulk orders from Europe and the US, with the two sites’ production capacities complementing one another to alleviate order pressure. Coupled with our proprietary quality control system and internationally recognised product certifications, the equipment’s repair and return rates remain consistently low. Our stable supply capabilities have secured long-term contract renewals with chain purchasers across North America and Europe, resulting in steady and sustained growth in order volumes.
